Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Orders ship within three business days.
  • Orders that contain ready to ship and preorder items will not ship until all pieces are ready to ship.
  • Local pickup is available at our store front during normal store hours. Monday-Thursday 11AM-5PM, Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 9AM-5PM.
  • LOCAL PICKUP ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BEING FULFILLED WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. 
  • If you selected store pickup but now need your item shipped, please e-mail spottedcheetahboutique@gmail.com to request a shipping invoice. 

Returns/Exchanges:

We strive to provide you with amazing products and customer service. However, we know occasionally returns might be needed. Please see the below information regarding our return policy. 

  • We are firm on our return policy for all customers. 
  • Shipping will not be refunded and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you request we send a shipping label, the shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit. 
  • We no longer require a notification to initiate a return.

  • Due to the high turnover rate of our items, we cannot guarantee an item will be available for exchange. 
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • Store credit or a gift card will be issued within 5 business days of the item(s) arriving at Spotted Cheetah for the purchase price of all eligible items. 
    • All returns from the Spotted Cheetah website will be issued a gift card. Facebook or Spotted Cheetah app purchases will be issued as a store credit on CommentSold. You will be notified via e-mail that your credit or gift card has been issued.
  • CLEARANCE, ACCESSORIES, UNDERGARMENTS, AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED.

Returns must:

  • Be postmarked or returned to the store front within 20 days of being fulfilled.
  • Be received in original, unused condition. 
    • Any items that have stains, smell of smoke, perfume, deodorant, have animal hair, or any appearance of being worn will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. 
  • Include original packing slip or order confirmation that was sent. Please indicate reason for return. 

ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
